Retail Sales Assistant – (*Location*)

Job Responsibilities

  • Offer assistance to walk-in customers.
  • Advise and recommend suitable product based on client's need.
  • Assist with stock check and cashiering duties.
  • Responsible for creating and organizing a pleasant shopping environment for customers, including updating of price tags and promotional materials.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to converse in English & Chinese is an advantage.
  • Able to work retail hours including weekends and Public Holidays.

Working Hours

  • Full time: 6 days work week with retail hours.
  • Part time: able to provide working hours 30 – 35 hours per week.

Gardener – (*Location*)

Job Responsibilities

  • Fertilizing, watering and spraying insecticide / fungicide on the plants.
  • Soil loosening, weeding and forking works.
  • Trimming of overgrown shrubs and ground covers.
  • Removing of fallen leaves, small branches and debris.
  • Performing other instructions from the Landscape supervisor and manager.

Requirements

  • Able to handle horticultural machinery and powered hand tools.
  • Preferred applicant with WSQ certificate in landscape operations and/or relevant landscape maintenance experience.
  • Able to work outdoor and under the hot sun.

Working Hours

  • Full-time basis.
  • According to contract with the working place.

Driver – (*Location*)

Job Responsibilities

  • Delivery of goods or plants to customer place.
  • Delivery of goods or plants from warehouse to retail outlets.
  • Able to load and unload light goods or plants on your own.
  • Driving workers to and from their working places.
  • Responsible for the vehicle condition, weekly cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Other ad-hoc works assigned by company (i.e. collection of things for office).

Requirements

  • Driving License Class 3
  • At least 2 years of driving experience
  • No prior traffic offence

Working Hours

  • Full-time basis
  • 6 days / week

Office Staff

Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and taking down notes or transferring to the correct person-in-charge.
  • Checking company enquiry email box. Replying simple general enquiries or forwarding to the correct person-in-charge.
  • Updating inventory records including stationery, uniform, tissue paper, etc.
  • Maintaining proper filing and documentation.
  • Following up with printer servicing company, pest control company, air servicing company, etc.
  • Providing and managing administrative support mainly to project department and retail department and other departments.
  • Monitoring all the outlets by CCTV and making weekly report to manager.
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements

  • Able to speak and write in both Chinese and English.
  • 2 - 3 years working experience as an admin.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Responsible, mature and well-groomed.
  • Good communication skills.

Working Hours

  • Full-time basis.
  • 8am - 5pm, 5.5 days (or alternately working full day on Saturday and off on the next Saturday)
